Classes are great and George will always make adaptions when need no matter your age, level of fitness or injury. "Phase Fitness Has Been Exactly What I Needed"

"Phase Fitness is brilliant and I would highly recommend it to anyone. The classes are excellent; they are challenging but also really fun, and George’s knowledge means that there are lots of adaptations of exercises for injury/pain etc.

The timings of the classes work really well for me - the 6am one means I can fit in exercise easily even though life is very busy! Everyone has been really friendly and I don’t think I have experienced such a welcoming environment at any other gym/fitness class. The added benefit of easy parking is also a massive win!
